The sun highlights rock walls in the palisades of the Little Sandy River. This remote part of Grayson Lake, from Green, Kentucky to Newfoundland, Kentucky, was so tranquil the morning we photographed it. You could almost hear the sun as it rose above the gorge. We certainly enjoyed our visit and even saw an Eagle at the mouth of Newcomb creek.
Randall Evans is an independent photographer living on the edge of the Cumberland Plateau in Rowan County, Kentucky. Retiring from 34 years of portrait and wedding photography, Randall continues exploring his deep passion for fine photography capturing intimate images of the world around us. Randall also enjoys capturing and sharing "The Splendor of God's Creation" through his photography. Randall continues sharing his experiences by teaching storytelling through photography and multimedia. Recent workshops include teacher preparation through Kentucky Dataseam workshops, WKU Mountain Workshops "Teacher Track", and Kentucky Governor's School For The Arts "Arts Shops".
