Traveling over a mountain pass west of Ennis, Montana, on Rt. 287, I look in the rear view mirror and immediately pull off the road. A stunning view of Gallatin Peak, Fan Mountain, Lone Mountain and Sphinx Mountain with a fresh June snowfall presented itself. I remember the cold air moving up the mountain pass as I captured this panoramic. Big Sky at its best.

Randall Evans is an independent photographer living on the edge of the Cumberland Plateau in Rowan County, Kentucky. Retiring from 34 years of portrait and wedding photography, Randall continues exploring his deep passion for fine photography capturing intimate images of the world around us.
