I couldn't miss this guy with his red head. I had just started into Cades Cove and this fellow posed on a fence post. I simply took the shot out the driver window of the car. Photo tip: Turn the car engine off to eliminate vibration. Use the window to steady the lens. Cannon 7D, ISO 800, Canon 70-200 L series at 200 mm, f8 1/320 sec.
Randall Evans is an independent photographer living on the edge of the Cumberland Plateau in Rowan County, Kentucky. Retiring from 34 years of portrait and wedding photography, Randall continues exploring his deep passion for fine photography capturing intimate images of the world around us.
